Somalwar Ramdaspeth has been at the forefront of educational innovation, organising the "Nurturing Creativity" series of workshops that bring together educators from across the region to learn, share, and grow.
These workshops go beyond traditional teacher training — they are a platform for exploring modern pedagogical approaches, creative teaching methods, and strategies to handle the evolving challenges of educating today's youth.

Dealing with the Adolescents
Nurturing Creativity — 5
A two-day workshop for teachers was held at Somalwar Ramdaspeth on 21st and 22nd September 2022. The theme was "Dealing with the Adolescents."
The workshop was inaugurated at the hands of Shri Dayashankar Tiwari, ex-Mayor of Nagpur. The introductory note was presented by Principal Mrs. Vaishali Dakhole.
In the morning session, keynote speaker Dr. Rajiv Mohta guided teachers on the topic of how to deal with adolescents. 70 teachers from around 30 schools participated in the PPT presentation competition.
Parallel sessions for presentations were judged by Dr. Sonal Paliwal, Mrs. Vrushali Deshpande, Dr. Suruchi Dabir, Dr. Amruta Bhuskute, and Dr. Shubha on both days.
The 2nd session was conducted by Dr. Mrunalini Dasture, who spoke on post-COVID classrooms and the responsibility of teachers. The proceedings of the 1st day were conducted by Dr. Shubhra.
